Service Terms

    Booking & deposit

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event. Bookings are confirmed once the deposit clears — until then the date stays open to other clients.

    Cancellation

    Cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 working days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Outside of that window, the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled date subject to availability.

    Venue & restrictions

    The client is responsible for ensuring the venue permits the planned decor and materials. Any venue restrictions (no adhesives, open flames, specific load-in windows) must be shared with Nami Creations in advance. The venue must be accessible for setup and teardown at the agreed-upon times. Delays caused by access issues may result in additional fees.

    Rentals & property

    All decor items and setups are rentals and remain the property of Nami Creations unless explicitly stated otherwise. Items not returned, or returned damaged, are subject to replacement or repair charges at the client's cost.

    Liability

    Nami Creations is not responsible for venue damage unless caused by direct negligence on our part. The client agrees to hold Nami Creations harmless from any claims arising from the event itself.

    Changes & approvals

    All changes to services, designs, or timelines must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties. Extra costs resulting from changes will be communicated and invoiced before the change is finalized.

    Photography

    We may photograph our setups before guests arrive for our portfolio and social media. If you'd prefer we don't, let us know in writing and we'll respect that.
