Who we are

Nami Creations is a custom event decor business based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at namrata@namicreations.ca or (647) 215-7865.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form or message us, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number and/or email address
• Your event date and any details you share with us
• Basic anonymized analytics (page views, device type) via Google Analytics

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and send a quote
• Coordinate your event setup if you book with us
• Improve our website and ads using anonymized analytics

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside of Nami Creations except where required to deliver your service (e.g., a venue contact you've asked us to coordinate with).

How it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheets file accessible only to Nami Creations. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies & tracking

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. These tools may set cookies on your device. You can opt out by using browser privacy settings or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To do so, email namrata@namicreations.ca and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on our home page.
